Hiiidroscope are a telescopic style filter tip innovated by @prof.toke.

“A few years ago (2019) when sparking with friends, I noticed they struggled as their Joint would turn into a roach (near the end) and they had difficulty re-lighting due it to being so close to their face and would end up (and still do from time to time) singing hair, lips , or not being able to see what they were doing in their peripheral.
As an avid roller, I began prototyping an extendable filter from the filters I had lying around. However, I wasn’t able to get it right because it required a locking chamber. I toyed around with the idea for a while until I requested an engineering friend of mine to create a mock up that could fit my requirements and work with all kinds of rolling papers. After doing so, we were able to make me prototypes, and it was on its way.
As a long time roller, I completely understand that there are a wide variety of filters available. This is just another one. However, I believe that Hiiidroscope offers some unique advantages, such as:
- They are reusable.
- They don’t get wet and soggy.
- You can wipe off any excess moisture.
- They provide a smoother and cooler flow and smoking experience.
Note on Reusability: Even like glass filter tips, these are reusable but this is very dependant on the green you are using. Something incredibly oily and dank will clog but can be gently wiped with an alcohol wipe. The ceramic tip is removable to access the inside of the filter. Push in your tip and simply pop out and press back in. For best use, 2-5 times is recommended.”
